«Kuggen» est un édifice haut en couleurs, conçu par le bureau d’architectes Wingårdh pour le compte de la société immobilière Chalmersfastigheter. Le bâtiment relie les immeubles «Jupiter» et «Science Park» par l’intermédiaire de deux passerelles. Il reçut le prix du salon international des professionnels de l’immobilier MIPIM, à Cannes, dans la catégorie des bâtiments durables.
